What do sessions look like?
Our first session is where we get to know each other. You share all your concerns, and I ask you lots of questions. We get clear on what’s going on. Each session will include working notes of our conversations with clear follow-up steps and plans.
In this session, we establish what is going well. In parenting, we so rarely have time to notice what is working and name all the tools we already have in our toolkit. We also put into clear words your goals and dreams from these coaching sessions.
We get to work! In these sessions, we really pick apart your goals, experiment and try new strategies, grow more of the good, and make the meaningful changes that will bring more peace and calm to your life.
