I didn’t have major hesitations, but I wasn’t sure what to expect. From the start, Charlotte made me feel completely at ease. Her gentle, thoughtful questions turned each session into a process of self-discovery – not just as a parent, but as a woman and a whole person. She helped me reconnect with my own needs and values, and encouraged me to prioritize them alongside those of my family.
One of the most impactful tools I still use today is the practice of getting clear on how I want to feel and show up — as a woman, a wife, and a mom – and holding that as a quiet, steady standard in our home. That clarity, along with an intentional focus on self-care and gentle progress toward our parenting goals, has helped me prevent overwhelm before it builds.
Our weekly meetings became grounding touchpoints. Each conversation offered small, meaningful shifts that made a real difference in how I experience motherhood – with more intention, confidence, and calm.

Charlotte Dimock is an incredible coach. Without her knowledgeable support and enthusiastic encouragement, I’m not sure how I would have navigated being a new single mom with two middle-school-aged children. When I started the sessions, one of my kids had been recently diagnosed with ADHD. Not only does Charlotte have a deep understanding of the “tween” age-group, but she also has a depth of knowledge and experience with children who are neurodivergent. Her advice was invaluable, as well as the tools and resources she provided each week. The goals we set were manageable and achieving them didn’t feel daunting. I always felt at-ease sharing my parenting ups and downs because Charlotte’s approach is relatable without judgement. I looked forward to each session because I knew it would be full of laughter and heartfelt encouragement. With Charlotte’s help, I was able to tackle the big changes in my family’s life with a self-assurance that I didn’t have before. I found myself parenting with more intention and confidence. Most importantly, I began to enjoy being a parent again.
